Bloody lovely. The Birmingham lady was very nice and her name was Megan or meghan. Dunno how she spelt it but yea . Very good service and politeness. Did not comment about my poor table etiquette so that's a win for me . The steak i had was lovely and marvellous and marblley. Very nice cocktails too but without service being so excellent, my experience wouldn't of been as good . So good job Megan/meghan u represent the company better than Mr bean represents comedy . I'm not saying your funny or anything, I'm just saying you do a good job and should get a tip, but I don't have any extra money because I'm a bit tight with money but thats fine .the toilets are clean too because I even went to loosen my stools and didn't feel untidy when doing so .

Second visit here - another very positive experience. Staff were cheerful and helpful when we arrived and so it continued. Our waitress, Sue, was friendly and efficient; our food came promptly with good timings between courses. Both the steak and lasagna were delicious. Definitely recommended!

Was here for breakfast as I was staying at the Premier Inn opposite. Food was very good and well cooked. Service was acceptable but I didn't feel rushed. This was part of the meal deal with Premier Inn.

Beefeater, Gloucester – Friendly service and some standout food. The chips were perfect – crispy outside, fluffy inside – and the goujons with tasty sauces hit the spot. Meat was a bit inconsistent, with some pieces tender and others chewy. The kids’ play area out back was closed, and the interior feels worn, though it might just show how popular the place is. £80 for a family of four (with unlimited Pepsi refills, service charge, and Blue Light Card discount) felt fair. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would return to try other dishes.
